Absolutely beautiful flowers and exceptional service! The arrangement was even more gorgeous than I expected, and you could truly tell how much care went into every detail. The flowers were fresh, elegant, and put together perfectly. We love Loves!

I recently spent $108 on a upgraded DELUXE funeral arrangement that shows 12 red & pink roses and green hydrangea. To my horror, I saw the trash that was delivered looked WORSE than a $20 grocery store bundle of random flowers. 2 red roses, 2 pink roses, random flowers of orange, yellow, red and purple! No where near the same value! 60% of the roses were missing! The MOST they would offer is 25% refund. This was done through a site called Blossom that acts like it is a LOCAL florist. I went to write the review they deserved only to find 20 one-star reviews in the last few days that beat me to it! These people are criminal and know exactly what they are doing and do not care in the least that they are embarrassing people and ripping people off. ***UPDATE: Updating one start to 4 star because Loves reached out and apologized for the scammers and "made it right" by delivering a stunning arrangement to my best friend who truly deserved it for all that she did and continues to do.

I needed an arrangement quickly and then ended up running late myself. I walked in the door, said my name and they handed me the bouquet! It was gorgeous and their service was amazing!

My boyfriend called yesterday to make a delivery order to surprise me for my 31st birthday today with flowers. The women he spoke with was impatient and rude. He asked for the Blue Island which he was told they did not have, then he asked for the medium dish garden, which they also did not have. Then he asked if they could just do something similar to the blue island and in return he was told they would do something with roses. When someone wants to order their girlfriend ANYTHING but Valentine’s Day roses on their birthday and that’s what they get because the florist doesn’t even make an attempt to meet somewhere in the middle, it is very disappointing. Not to mention my boyfriend is very shy, sweet and kind. There is no rhyme nor reason anyone on the other end of a florist line should be too busy to help someone whose spending $$$ at their shop. Yes, roses are beautiful but when someone is not looking for roses at all, they know what their loved one likes and are only given roses for an option when calling a florist, this seems a bit silly.
